How to fix broken institutions and agencies –

The problem: The SEC on the fight with crypto, the FDA on the battle to bring needed drugs to market, and the FTC on not allowing companies to be acquired and merged to grow into something bigger.

The fix: Identify the biggest gaps in areas hindered by regulatory constraints, such as transportation, infrastructure, immigration, or biotech.

Building new cities and network states can improve governance in countries with broken institutions.
